Can you walk from Thurso Station to Westfield.. Yes you can.  It is only three miles from Thurso to Westfield, and from there you can get a great cross country walk through Broubster and then out on to the north coast at Reay.  It is a 6 mile walk from the cafe at Westfield to Reay.. Much better than walking along the coastal road.
