In 2015, The Highland Council stated that they would like to become an accredited green destination, so we present the first stage... the survey.
Corporate members sign up here and become a Friend of the North Highland Way – £70.00. There are various task teams, and you will be invited to join one.

In 2023, we looked at the area of the North of Scotland, and the science in it. We liked the idea of peat, so we started with that. See the video.

The Environmental Research Institute is on the North Highland Way.
We developed the North Highland Way without public money, and it is now a sustainable development. We continue to research for the magazine Environmental News which is a quarterly magazine, meanwhile you can log on and see how we did it here.
